COSOVANU, MARCU ŞI ASOCIAŢII Attorneys at Law was established back in 1996 through the association of "Cornel Cosovanu" and "Ion Marcu" Individual Law Offices. Subsequently, in 2006, the law firm co-opted two partners, Cătălina Niţă and Raoul Iancovici and changed its name to COSOVANU, MARCU ŞI ASOCIAŢII Attorneys-at-Law.
The law firm has been created on the idea of specialization in problems concerning criminal and contraventional jurisdiction, but also approaching civil, commercial and tax law, based on a high quality assistance services to the detriment of quantitative extension.
During its nine years of experience, COSOVANU - MARCU Attorneys at Law resolved numerous cases, especially in the area of economic and financial criminality/white-collar crimes. As the law firm managed to solve the cases without going to trial, thus not becoming public, the professional secret obliges us to maintain confidentiality regarding our clients and deeds they had been investigated for.
